§1132.3. Exceptions from requirements of this part.

2 C.F.R. § 1132.3

Exceptions are permitted from the administrative requirements in this part only as follows:

(a)

As described in 2 CFR 1126.3, and

(b)

Based on any language in 2 CFR 200.110(a) regarding the applicability of the procurement standards in 2 CFR part 200.
