§1130.505. Content of PROP Article V.

A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must either:
Include the wording appendix E to this part provides for PROP Article V to specify requirements for use and disposition of federally owned property; or
Reserve PROP Article V if there is no possibility of recipients or subrecipients being accountable for federally owned property under awards using those terms and conditions.
