§1.305. Federal agency responsibilities.

The head of each Federal agency that awards and administers Federal financial assistance subject to the guidance in this subtitle is responsible for:
Implementing the guidance in this subtitle;
Ensuring that the Federal agency complies with their implementation of the guidance;
Coordinating with the Council on Federal Financial Assistance, the Grants Quality Service Management Office, and other governance committees as appropriate; and
Performing other functions specified in this subtitle.
