§210.56. Notice accompanying service copies.

19 C.F.R. § 210.56

(a)
Each service copy of the complaint and motion for temporary relief shall be accompanied by a notice containing the following text:

In the event that the complaint and motion for temporary relief are filed after the date specified in the above notice, the complainant must serve a supplementary notice to all proposed respondents and embassies stating the correct filing date. The supplementary notice shall be served by messenger, overnight delivery, or equivalent means. The complainant shall file a certificate of service and a copy of the supplementary notice with the Commission.
