§207.92. Procedures for commencing review of final determinations.

Notice of Intent to Commence Judicial Review. A Notice of Intent to Commence Judicial Review shall contain such information, and be in such form, manner, and style, including service requirements, as prescribed by the Binational Panel Rules.
