§191.143. Drawback entry.
19 C.F.R. § 191.143
Filing of entry. Drawback entries covering these foreign-built jet aircraft engines shall be filed on Customs Form 7551, modified to show that the entry covers jet aircraft engines processed under § 313(h) of the Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1313(h)).
Contents of entry. The entry shall show the country in which each engine was manufactured and describe the processing performed thereon in the United States.
