§145.75. Liability for civil penalties.

19 C.F.R. § 145.75

(a)
(1)
Violation of § 145.74(g) after December 31, 2020, will result in USPS being liable for penalties in accordance with the provisions of 19 U.S.C. 1436(e)(1).
(2)
The amount of the penalty will be $5,000 per violation.
(b)
The penalty will be reduced or dismissed based on the factors specified in 19 U.S.C. 1436(e)(2).
