§141.12. Right to make entry of importations by other than common carrier. — Inbound Citations

(c) Before the release of a shipment under an immediate delivery permit, evidence of the right of the applicant to make entry for the articles shall be furnished the port director in accordance with the provisions of §§ 141.11 and 141.12 of this chapter.

(2) The applicant for admission shall submit with the application a document similar to that which would be required as evidence of the right to make entry for merchandise in Customs territory under § 141.11 or § 141.12 of this chapter.
