§122.81. Application.

Aircraft arriving with cargo. Aircraft arriving in the U.S. from a foreign area with cargo shown on the manifest to be traveling to other airports in the U.S. or to foreign areas may proceed under the provisions of this subpart.
Aircraft arriving with no cargo. Aircraft arriving in the U.S. from a foreign area with no cargo on board, and requesting immediate examination and release, may proceed if a bond on Customs Form 301, containing the bond conditions set forth in subpart G of part 113 of this chapter, has been filed and covers the aircraft.
