§50.9. Notice of application.

Notice of each application filed, except when rejected in accordance with § 50.8, will be issued and subsequently published in the Federal Register.
The notice will establish prompt and binding intermediate milestones and ultimate deadlines for the review of, and Federal authorization decisions relating to, the proposed facilities.
