§4.33. Limitations on submitting applications. — Inbound Citations

(f) The provisions of §§ 4.33(b), (c), and (e) of this chapter apply to license applications filed under this Section.

(1) Except as permitted under § 4.33(c)(2), § 4.94(d), or § 4.106 (c), (e) or (f), the Commission will not accept an application for a license for project works that are already exempted from licensing under this part.

Except as provided in § 4.33(e), the Commission will select among competing applications on the following bases:
