§375.305. Delegations to the Solicitor.
18 C.F.R. § 375.305
The Commission authorizes the Solicitor, or the Solicitor's designee to:
File with the appropriate court of the United States a certified list of the materials comprising the record of any proceeding which involves the Commission;
Retain appropriate materials; and
Deliver such materials to the court as required.
