§281.214. Notice, complaint and remedy.

Complaint. Any interested person may file a complaint concerning an alleged violation of this subpart under § 385.206 of this chapter.
Remedy. If the Commission determines that a violation of this subpart has occurred, it shall take whatever action it deems appropriate in the circumstances. Such action may include payback, in kind or in dollars, by the person benefitting from the violation.
