§16.10. Information to be provided by an applicant for new license: Filing requirements. — Inbound Citations

(2) Must comply with the requirements of § 16.8 and, if the project would have a total installed capacity of over 2,000 horsepower, § 16.10.

(1) The third stage of consultation is initiated by the filing of an application for a new license, nonpower license, exemption from licensing, or surrender of license, accompanied by a transmittal letter certifying that at the same time copies of the application are being distributed to the resource agencies, Indian tribes, and other government offices specified in paragraph (d)(2) of this section and § 16.10(f) of this part, if applicable.
