§153.7. Contents of application. — Inbound Citations

(a) The submission of information under §§ 153.7 and 153.8 of subpart B of this part shall be deemed sufficient for purposes of applying for a Presidential Permit or an amendment to an existing Presidential Permit under subpart C of this part for the construction and operation of border facilities.

(b) An applicant proposing to amend the article(s) of an existing Presidential Permit (other than facilities aspects) must file information pursuant to § 153.7(a) and a summary and justification of its proposal.
