§39.21. Public information. — Inbound Citations

(3) A derivatives clearing organization shall make its default rules publicly available as provided in § 39.21 of this part.

In addition to the requirements of § 39.21, each systemically important derivatives clearing organization and subpart C derivatives clearing organization shall:

(12) All functions reserved to the Commission in § 39.21(c) of this chapter;

(a) In addition to its obligations under § 39.21(c)(1), each derivatives clearing organization shall make publicly available on its Web site a list of all swaps that it will accept for clearing and identify which swaps on the list are required to be cleared under section 2(h)(1) of the Act and this part.
