§141.3. Applicability.

17 C.F.R. § 141.3

These regulations are to be followed when:

(a)

The Commission is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another federal agency;

(b)

The Commission is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the Commission;

(c)

The Commission employs an individual who owes a debt to another federal agency.
