§5.62. Hearing rights of respondent.
16 C.F.R. § 5.62
In any hearing under this subpart, the respondent shall have the right:
To be represented by counsel;
To present and cross-examine witnesses and submit evidence;
To present objections, motions, and arguments, oral or written; and
To obtain a transcript of the proceedings on request.
