§1243.2. Definitions. — Inbound Citations

(a) The consumer product safety standard in this part prescribes requirements to reduce the risk of death and injury from hazards associated with infant support cushions, as defined in § 1243.2. This includes but is not limited to infant positioners, nursing pillows with a dual use for lounging, infant loungers, and infant props or cushions used to support an infant. All infant support cushions must be tested according to the requirements of § 1243.5 and comply with all requirements of this part.
