§1027.3. Applicability.

16 C.F.R. § 1027.3

(a)

These regulations are to be followed when—

(1)

The Commission is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the CPSC; or

(2)

The Commission is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another Federal agency; or

(3)

The Commission employs an individual who owes a debt to another federal agency.
