§1000.3. Hotline.

The Commission operates a toll-free telephone Hotline by which the public can communicate with the Commission. The number for use in all 50 states is 1-800-638-CPSC (1-800-638-2772).

The Commission also operates a toll-free Hotline by which hearing or speech-impaired persons can communicate with the Commission by teletypewriter. The teletypewriter number for use in all states is 1-800-638-8270.

The Commission also makes available to the public product recall information, its public calendar, and other information through its worldwide Web site at http://www.cpsc.gov. The public may also report product hazards or other information to the Commission at its e-mail address: [email protected].
