§997.22. Membership policy.
15 C.F.R. § 997.22
The application shall describe:
The process by which individuals or organizations may formally participate in the governance activities of the RCOS;
The rights and responsibilities of this participation;
The process by which the RCOS strives for organizational diversity through intra-regional geographic representation, and diversity of activities and interests from both public and private sectors; and
How the RCOS allows for participation from adjacent regions or nations.
