§922.225. Permit procedures and review criteria.
15 C.F.R. § 922.225
A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by § 922.223(a)(1) through (4) if conducted under and in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and subpart D of this part.
Applications for such permits should be addressed to the Director, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries; ATTN: Superintendent, Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary, 1305 East-West Highway, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
