§922.123. Permit procedures.

A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by § 922.122(a)(2) through (11) if such activity is specifically authorized by and conducted in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms, and conditions of a permit issued under this section and subpart D of this part.
