§734.16. Transfer (in-country).
15 C.F.R. § 734.16
Except as set forth in § 734.18(a)(3), a Transfer (in-country) is a change in end use or end user of an item within the same foreign country. Transfer (in-country) is synonymous with In-country transfer.
