§325.4. Calculating time periods.

When these regulations require action to be taken within a fixed time period, and the last day of the time period falls on a non-working day, the time period shall be extended to the next working day.

The day after an application is deemed submitted shall be deemed the first of the days within which the Secretary must make a determination on the application.
