§270.350. Freedom of Information Act.
15 C.F.R. § 270.350
As permitted by section 7(b) of the Act, the following information will not be released:
Information described by section 552(b) of Title 5, United States Code, or protected from disclosure by any other law of the United States; and
Copies of evidence collected, information created, or other investigation documents submitted or received by NIST, a Team, or any other investigation participant, until the final investigation report is issued.
