§2003.5. Information open to public inspection.

15 C.F.R. § 2003.5

(a)

With the exception of information subject to § 2003.6, an interested party may, upon request, inspect at the office of the Committee:

(1)

Any written request, brief, or similar submission of information;

(2)

Any stenographic record of a public hearing;

(3)

Other public written information concerning the trade agreements program and related matters.
