§93.133. Exceptions.

14 C.F.R. § 93.133

Except as provided in § 93.130, the provisions of §§ 93.123 and 93.125 do not apply to—

(a)

The Newark Airport, Newark, NJ;

(b)

The Kennedy International Airport, New York, NY, except during the hours from 3 p.m. through 7:59 p.m., local time; and

(c)

O'Hare International Airport from 9— 15 p.m. to 6:44 a.m., local time.
