§91.145. Management of aircraft operations in the vicinity of aerial demonstrations and major sporting events. — Inbound Citations

No person may operate an ultralight vehicle in areas designated in a Notice to Airmen under § 91.137, § 91.138, § 91.141, § 91.143 or § 91.145 of this chapter, unless authorized by:

A person acting as a remote pilot in command must comply with the provisions of §§ 91.137 through 91.145 and 99.7 of this chapter.

(d) A permittee may not operate a reusable suborbital vehicle in areas designated in a Notice to Airmen under 14 CFR 91.137, 91.138, 91.141, or 91.145, unless authorized by:

(1) Air Traffic Control; or

(vi) A temporary flight restriction designated under 14 CFR 91.137, 91.138, or 91.145; or

(vi) A temporary flight restriction designated under 14 CFR 91.137, 91.138, or 91.145; or
