§450.149. Safety-critical personnel qualifications.
14 C.F.R. § 450.149
General. An operator must ensure safety-critical personnel are trained, qualified, and capable of performing their safety-critical tasks, and that their training is current.
Application requirements. An applicant must—
Identify safety-critical tasks that require qualified personnel;
Provide internal training and currency requirements, completion standards, or any other means of demonstrating compliance with the requirements of this section; and
Describe the process for tracking training currency.
