§420.55. Scheduling of launch site operations.

A licensee shall develop and implement procedures to schedule operations to ensure that each operation carried out by a customer at the launch site does not create the potential for a mishap that could result in harm to the public because of the proximity of the operations, in time or place, to operations of any other customer. A customer includes any launch operator, and any contractor, subcontractor or customer of the launch site operator's customer at the launch site.

A licensee shall provide its launch site scheduling requirements to each customer before the customer begins operations at the launch site.
