§413.1. Scope of this part.

This part explains how to apply for a license or experimental permit. These procedures apply to all applications for obtaining a license or permit, transferring a license, and renewing a license or permit. In this part, the term application means either an application in its entirety, or a portion of an application for incremental review and determination in accordance with § 450.33 of this chapter.
