§302.306. Dismissal or rejection of incomplete applications.

(a)

Dismissal or rejection. The Department may dismiss or reject any application for exemption that does not comply with the requirements of this part.

(b)

Additional data. The Department may require the filing of additional data with respect to any application for exemption, answer, or reply.
