§3.301. Applicability.

14 C.F.R. § 3.301

This subpart applies to individuals who:

(a)

Do not have a U.S. physical address of record on file with the FAA;

(b)

Have a foreign address of record on file with the FAA; and

(c)

Hold or apply for certificates, ratings, or authorizations under part 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107 of this chapter.
