§29.1049. Hovering cooling test procedures. — Inbound Citations

(d) The ability of the engine and oil cooling provisions to maintain the oil temperature at or below the maximum established value must be shown under the applicable requirements of §§ 29.1041 through 29.1049.

(4) The test procedures must be as prescribed in §§ 29.1045 through 29.1049.

(e) Ambient temperature limitations (including limitations for winterization installations if applicable) must be established as the maximum ambient atmospheric temperature at which compliance with the cooling provisions of §§ 29.1041 through 29.1049 is shown.
