§258.6. Effective and compliance dates.

This Part is effective as of August 25, 1999.
Compliance with the following sections is mandatory as of August 25, 1999— §§ 258.1, 258.2, 258.3, 258.4, 258.5(a), 258.5(b), and 258.6.
Compliance with § 258.5(c) is mandatory as of March 15, 2000.
