Cockpit controls must be designed so that they operate in accordance with the following movement and actuation:

Aerodynamic controls—

(1)

Primary.

(2)

Secondary.

(b)

Powerplant and auxiliary controls—

(1)

Powerplant.

(2)

Auxiliary.
