§249.6. Destruction of records.

14 C.F.R. § 249.6

(a)
Upon the expiration of the period of preservation prescribed in this part, records may be destroyed at the option of the carrier.
(b)
Unless otherwise specified, duplicate copies of records may be destroyed at any time if they contain no significant information not shown on the originals.
