§22. General Reporting Instructions — Inbound Citations

(a) Each large certificated U.S. air carrier shall file with the Department, on a monthly basis, Form 41 Schedule T-100 “U.S. Air Carrier Traffic and Capacity Data By Nonstop Segment and On-flight Market,” and summary data as prescribed in this section and in sections 22 and 25 of this part.

(a) If circumstances prevent the filing of a Schedule T-100(f) report on or before the due date prescribed in section 22 of part 241 of this chapter and appendix A of this part, a request for an extension must be filed with the Director, Office of Airline Information.
