§22.105. Control and maneuverability.

14 C.F.R. § 22.105

A light-sport category aircraft must—

(a)

Be consistently and predictably controllable and maneuverable at all loading conditions during all phases of flight; and,

(b)

Not have a tendency to inadvertently depart controlled flight or require exceptional piloting skill, alertness, or strength.
