§21.327. Application.

14 C.F.R. § 21.327

(a)
Any owner of a U.S.-registered aircraft (or the agent of the owner) may apply for an export certificate of airworthiness for that aircraft.
(b)
Any person may apply for an export airworthiness approval for an aircraft engine, propeller, or article.
(c)
Each applicant must apply in a form and manner prescribed by the FAA.
