(a)

Section 91.1055(a) of this chapter applies to powered-lift operating under subpart K to part 91.

(b)

Reference to class of aircraft in § 91.1055(b)(2) of this chapter is inapplicable when a powered-lift is used for the operation under subpart K to part 91.
