§13.63. Record, decision, and aircraft registration proceedings. — Inbound Citations

(b) A motion for disqualification must be filed prior to the issuance of the hearing officer's decision under § 13.63(b). Any party may file a response to a motion for disqualification, but must do so no later than 5 days after service of the motion for disqualification.
