§121.527. Fatigue risk management system.
14 C.F.R. § 121.527
No certificate holder may exceed any provision of this subpart unless approved by the FAA under a Fatigue Risk Management System.
The Fatigue Risk Management System must include:
A fatigue risk management policy.
An education and awareness training program.
A fatigue reporting system.
A system for monitoring flightcrew fatigue.
An incident reporting process.
A performance evaluation.
