§119.37. Contents of an Air Carrier Certificate or Operating Certificate.
14 C.F.R. § 119.37
The Air Carrier Certificate or Operating Certificate includes—
The certificate holder's name;
The location of the certificate holder's principal base of operations;
The certificate number;
The certificate's effective date; and
The name or the designator of the responsible Flight Standards office.
