§315.13. Persons engaged by Firms to expedite petitions and Adjustment Proposals.
13 C.F.R. § 315.13
EDA will provide no Adjustment Assistance to any Firm unless the owners, partners, members, directors, or officers thereof certify in writing to EDA:
The names of any attorneys, agents, and other Persons engaged by or on behalf of the Firm for the purpose of expediting petitions for such Adjustment Assistance or Adjustment Proposals; and
The fees paid or to be paid to any such Person.
