§134.1101. Scope of rules.

The rules of practice in this subpart apply to appeals of denial of certification and decertification for inclusion in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification Program certification database (VOSB or SDVOSB Appeals).
Except where inconsistent with this subpart, the provisions of subparts A and B of this part apply to appeals listed in paragraph (a) of this section.
Protests of a concern's eligibility for inclusion in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification Program Database (VOSB or SDVOSB Status Protests) are governed by subpart J of this part.
