§130.830. Audits and investigations. — Inbound Citations

(2) The Administrator considers such a disclosure to be necessary for the purpose of conducting a financial audit of a small business development center, not including those required under § 130.830; or

(d) The examinations by the SBA will not serve as a substitute for audits required of Federal recipients under the Single Audit Act of 1984 (31 U.S.C. 7501) or applicable OMB guidelines (see 2 CFR part 200, subpart F) nor will such internal review substitute for investigations conducted by the SBA Office of Inspector General under the authority of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (Pub. L. 95-452, 92 Stat. 1101) as amended (see § 130.830).
