§126.800. Who may protest the status of a certified HUBZone small business concern?

For a HUBZone sole source procurement, SBA or the contracting officer may protest the intended awardee's status as a certified HUBZone small business concern.
For HUBZone contracts other than sole source procurements, including multiple award contracts (see § 125.1 of this chapter), SBA, the contracting officer, or any other interested party may protest the apparent successful offeror's status as a certified HUBZone small business concern (or the HUBZone joint venture offeror's compliance with § 126.616).
For other than HUBZone contracts, any offeror for that contract, the contracting officer or SBA may protest an apparent successful offeror's status as a certified HUBZone small business concern.
